These terms govern your use of fenlow.co (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
What Fenlow is
Fenlow is a gift-recommendation tool. We help you find gift ideas based on who you're shopping for and what you tell us about them. Fenlow is not a retailer: we don't sell, ship, or fulfill any products ourselves. Every product shown links out to a third-party retailer's site, where the actual purchase happens.
Affiliate disclosure
Fenlow participates in affiliate marketing programs, including through Awin and individual retailer programs. We may earn a commission when you click a link on the Site and make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you. This doesn't affect which products we show you or the price you pay.
Using the Site
- You're responsible for any purchases you make on third-party retailer sites, including their pricing, shipping, returns, and customer service.
- You agree to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to scrape it at scale, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party sites and products
We try to recommend products we think are genuinely good fits, but we don't control the retailers we link to and aren't responsible for their product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping, or return policies. Any dispute about a purchase is between you and that retailer.
Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, and branding are owned by Fenlow (or licensed to us) and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product images and descriptions belong to their respective retailers or brands.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that recommendations will always be accurate, available, or perfectly suited to any particular person, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fenlow isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party site you reach through it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
